At Upseat, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the item in its original packaging with all tags and manuals included to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
